Dudh Kunda Jwalamai Darshan Pvt. Ltd. provides online booking services for Sumo Jeep transportation across Nepal. Our services include booking management, payment processing, and travel information.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through eSewa and Khalti. Prices are subject to change without notice. A service fee may be applied to all bookings.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours before departure
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure

6. Travel Requirements

Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time. Valid identification is required for all passengers. Travel routes and schedules are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Harass or harm other users
